Fraud at abou rawash nissan service
i have a 2018 nissan qashqai upon changing battery in nissan motors egypt abou rawash 17 july 2019 i was told that the original nissan battery is unavailable and that i have to buy from them a local battery (not a nissan guenuine part) instead and i paid the fees because i had no choice . During last week car was a big mess and today 6 august 2019 i presented car to agency for adjusting this and my 20000 km after leaving the car there they called me telling that the battery was leaking and that an explosion happened while they were repairing it destroying car sensors and the car will need 2 weeks repair as they do not have the parts
I am reporting their under trade unworthy of nissan name as a fake local non nissan battery was forced into ny car which in consequence destroyed the car computer and sensors and was a severe danger for me and my kid (a usa citizen) if the explosion happened if i drive my car i tried to complaint by they told me that nothing i can do except wait although i was told by a worker there it is a 48 hours work
This is outrageous and if i do not get a reply and solution to my problem i will go public and viral about this and the nissan image will be severly affected affected and damaged

Car part damaged
Today I went to the same official authorized Nissan workshop/Dealer for another regular maintenance. The workshop recieved the car and signed the paper showing all the car's faults.
Now I just received the car with the Kilometers indicators' Glass totally spotted with unerasable oil! They decided instead of cleaning my car to actually spot it all with oily spray on the leather inside and on the glass covering the speed indicators behind the wheel drive. I instantly asked for a manager complaining about this mess and asking them to either clean it or replace it.
Yet again they refused to take responsibility for their actions and neglected me, although it was clearly not stated as a fault when they received the car nor in any other previous visits. Now this is totally unacceptable.
I am writing to you to force them to give me my rights back, specifically that glass that costs almost 40,000egp which is worth 3 months of my salaray. I will not be paying such amount due to your authorized dealers' mistakes.

This email is to lodge a complaint against Nissan Egypt.
I have always been a Nissan customer since all my Father’s cars as I was a child were Nissan and we inherited this trust in Nissan and I continued to buy the same brand for years. In 2017, I bought Nissan Qashqai thinking that I have taken the best decision. Unfortunately , I have not. I faced a series of life threatening incidents to myself and kids’ lives. It started with the explosion of my tire only after three months of buying the car in the middle of nowhere. Then, I heard a weird sound and decided to pay a visit to Auto Egypt, in 90th Street in Cairo, although it was too early for my scheduled maintenance time. To my shock, the inspector told me that there is only one litre of oil left!!! I believe you understand the risks of this and the more dangerous risks if I ignored the weird sound and didn’t go to the inspection center. So, they added oil. I decided to book an appointment in another center to make sure everything is fine. I went to Al Sabaa Center in Shorouk, Cairo. The inspection found another huge decrease in the oil level and I asked for a report with the case. They decided that the oil seal needs to be changed which they did not have in stock. After a short time, I heard the same weird sound, I went to Auto Egypt in the 5th Settlement in Cairo, they found the oil level has reached the minimum level. At this point, they didn’t know what to do and asked me to consult the main center of Auto Egypt located in Abu Rawash. I did that and left it for inspection for three days. The report came out recommending disassembling the engine to complete the inspection. I completely refused and will continue to and won’t even accept changing the whole engine as this will decrease the market value of the car by half. The engine isn’t the only defected part, the battery is too. The driver seat needs to be changed and I have already mentioned what happened to the tire. I feel that I am driving a scrap car that is a threat to my life and my kids’ lives.
I did lodge a complaint in the call center and they refused to give me the complaint number.
I am being manipulated and fooled and I need an immediate solution to all these problems.

A shoching Nissan customer service !!!!!
Dear Sir,
First i would like to inttoduce my self my name is Dr.Yomna Said consultant of pediatric dentistry,Dar Alfoad hospital.
I brought my nissan quash April 2018.
Since first drive i noticed a ragging intermitted noise related to front left wheel of the car .
2 right weels suddenly got distored on the dangerous ring road on speend 70 km !!i contacted nissan service road who arrived 45 min later and carried the car to the nearest wheel service shop who made 5 inner sealing patches in order to restore tears after 10 days of purshasing my car.
I contacted 5 times nissan auto service complaints as well visited nissan auto abu rawash in order to get an explaination regarding the wheels and unexplained noise they promised to get back to me but for a month they ignored all my calls additionally one of the employees who was in charge of my car in service abu rawash and who gave me his personal nb in order to followup my complaints ,rejected my calls and never get back to me.
I am shocked that this is the after sale service of nissan and I hope i can find a serious respectable response suitable with such a big company Nissan Auto.

My Name is Khaled Moustafa Fahmy, I live in Hurghada, Egypt, and I’ve just purchased a new Nissan car model “Sentra” few weeks ago, and I’ve noticed that while filling my car with fuel, the fuel is dropping from somewhere from under the car, I didn’t noticed that at the very beginning, but only yesterday the worker in the gas station drew my attention to that problem, and of course I contacted the costumer service on 28/03/2018, and got an appointment for yesterday 29/03/2018 to make the required check.
At the service center in Hurghada, they discovered the problem, and it was in the “Oil Seal Fuel”, they said that the oil seal had been implemented in a wrong way?? And it is broken from one side due to that, and they’ve taken some pictures to be sent to the main office in Cairo to get a new one.
I’ve tried to get some of those pictures to send it to the company, but they refused!
But, due to the annual inventory, the spare part will not be available before 15 April 2018.
And my question is: Do I have make such maintenance to my ”New car 2596km” due to a “Manufacturing defect”?
All and above, do you think that I will be satisfied with my “new car” after fixing the “Manufacturing defect”?
I’m sorry to bother you, but I didn’t succeed to get any contact E-mail in Egypt, and I’ve tried to get an E-mail for Nissan itself in Japan, but I couldn’t find any address but you, please accept my apologize for bothering you.
Of course, you can ask me, why I’m doing all this? The answer is very simple …… Because I’ve but all my saving to buy this car!
I will be highly appreciated if you can help me in this case, and if you can forward this E-mail to the right channel in order to find a solution for me.

Complaint in nissan sunny 2018
i wanted to make a complaint about sunny 2018 in egypt it's very bad in stability & car sheet , bad interior material it's shame on nissan to do this car i had the old nissan sunny model (2009) it was very good , stable , hard worker and when i decided to change i chose sunny because i was thinking that it like the old but i was shocked in this car it's not car for old company like nissan to do this car not stable any more i wish to help me & to solve this problem that can effect on nissan company it old comapny that have hstroy in cars & when i decided to change i chose nissan sunny because i trust in nissan

Dear Sirs, I'm sending to you because I have a complaint regarding my Car Nissan Sentra 2016, Bought in Egypt and my experience with the car and the after-sale services has really changed my mind regarding Nissan as overall Well I ll start with my Case and I ll try to be brief: A couple of Months back while I was driving my car, I experienced a sudden death in all electricity of the car and the engine has stopped all of a sudden, and when I tried to power on the car once again it didnt, then I waited for few minutes and thank god It has turned on however there was a check engine mark on the screen. So, I went to the after sales dealer here in new Cairo EL SABAA Automotive (Official Nissan Dealer here in Cairo) and I have explained the issue to them and they told me they will check it and get back to me.
And by the end of the day they called and told me to come and take the car and that everything is all right and the check engine mark has gone and everything is ok. So, I went and I took the car and drove it for couple of days then the same incident happened again, the car has stopped while driving and after a while I powered it on and found the check engine again so I called them and they requested me to bring it back to them which I did, after one day they called me and told me to come and take the car and the manager wants to see me, which I did and he introduced me to Eng. Khaled El Ramy and they explained that the computer has read errors in the controls of the car specifically the body and motor control and the motor and main control and when they checked them they found nothing , so they had to check the wires and connectors and also they found nothing So, they just installed them once again and did some cleaning and they think that this incident won't happen again and gave their numbers in case anything happens again. So, I took the car and drove it for couple of days and the incident has happened again So I called them again and they requested the car and I returned it back to them and they requested to leave it for few days till they do their tests, once again after 3-4 days they called me and told me to come and take it and that they have changed the controls that error message is mentioning and this time should be ok, so I took the car and at the same night while I was driving the incident happened again and again I took the car back to them the next day and I was really angry and they told they seriously dont know what's wrong with the car and they will try to replace another 2 controllers and see what happens, again they called after few days and told to come and take the car and that everything is ok, in which I did again and again in the same day while I was driving the car night the incident happened again, so I went back to them the second day and told them I'm fed up and I won't take the car unless you guarantee for me that won't happen again and after couple of days they called and told me that they think that problem is with the wiring system and they cannot do anything about it and they have to get back to the Wire Factory to request technical support and this will take at least one week after wards after 10 days they called and said that wire factory technical assistance came and replaced some parts in the wiring system and everything hopefully is fine and they have drove the car for couple of days and nothing happened that was after 12 days the car with them.
So, I took the car and drove it for almost 2 weeks and everything was fine but the incident happened again today, I called them and they told me to bring it and they will request the technical assistance once again next week and I have to leave the car for another 10 days at least. Well after all this *** of experience I called Nissan Egypt customer service and filed a complaint and they told me we cannot change the car or even send u a replacement car till we fix it you ll have to waiting for 48 hours till someone call u and tell u what to do Frankly speaking I'm Fed up from all of this crap, I have incurred a lot of expenses going forth and back to the services center in addition to have to use Taxis and borrow cars from relatives and friends for almost 6 weeks and they didnt even bother to give me a replacement car and at the end they dont know what's wrong and cannot fix it, is it that mysterious to fix a car?
if so I dont want to drive a Nissan anymore, the car meter is 22000 KM which means it's still under warranty, give me a new car or give me my money back but I won't be living as an experiment rat to find out what's wrong with it and incur all these costs (financially and mentally and socially) and go again in this *** of experience of your technicians training on me. Unfortunately I bought Nissan Kashkay 2018 last July 2017, I made an accident and sent my car to Nissan Auto Egypt in Cairo – Egypt from last January 2018.
I am still waiting for spare parts from 1 month till now, and the main problem that that you don’t know when they can get those parts .
Do you believe that I don’t know when I can get my car, do you think that I will continue with this car.
Believe me I sent to all social medias and I convinced several people not to deal with Nissan at all.
I complaints ti the service center and nothing happened
i call Nissan Egypt nothing as usual from more than 10 days and they said the answer within 48 hours !

I am facing huge proplem with one of your vendors in Cairo. My problem starts when I bought Nissan Sentra 2018 from Al Saba group (one of Nissan authorized dealer) and they offered to instal nissan screen and they gurantee the screen for one year so i asked them to install, as for me what a benefit that Nissan Cairo are installing screens which was a problem for me in Dubai as Nissan Dubai never offer nor agree of installing any screens to any of the cars I bought.
First the screen was not made by Nissan so that was weird for me. Then after 1 week of recieveing the car I went back to the dealership in order to complain that the multi buttons on the stearing wheel are not working they sent me to a 3rd party vendor in “Sheraton area(not Nissan)” and he said they cant fix it as the screan disconnect nissan original Bluetooth system and voice recognition /command system, and replace it with a very cheap quality built in system and not compatible with Nissan system. (AlSaba group Management totally admit and agree on this part and fully aware) I went to meet Nissan guarantee engineer employee and he said this device is not compatible with Nissan System and he call’s it “its like a virus”. So Alsaba group cant fix it nor taking back their not compatible device and give me back my money and totally refusing to help in the same time they admit that their sales agent forgot to warn me that the screen will disconnect the original system.
At the last meeting with the top management of AlSaba Group they said they can do nothin because the below “not professional” reasons, such as: 1- I should have asked the Sales agent if the multi buttons will work after installing the screen or not. “not the other way around”. 2- Since I received the car and did not discover the problem at the spot so its not their problem anymore. 3- “I am a lousy/bad shopper as I did not find the problem while buying the car” that was said by the Head of Nissan ...
Mr. Mostafa Al Shenawy. 4- And alot of other reasons that I find hard to believe that comes out of Nissan Employees.
I am so frustrated and disappointed after being a loyal customer for Nissan for almost 20 years that would be the way Nissan deals with their customers. P.s I bought the car in September and since then I have trying to reach any solution with them.

Car under warranty needs new Motor
since i bought my car and after the elapse of 20,000 Km i started to hear a strange noise in the motor. and after reporting this sound, a lot of diagnostics were evolved without fixing the problem and after 50,000 Km Nissan team suggested that the sound was due to a defect in بلف الكاتينة and after changing it (and i was not convinced of such solution) and changing the oil with the normal 5000km type the problem was still there.
i don't need to mention that each time the car needed a fixation not less than 2 months. finally i formally requested to change the motor since the defect was still the same and a permanent defect appeared to be found. the reply that i got that Nissan does not change the motor!!!!! they only change parts.....
and they informed me that they intend to change piston kit, turbo kit and طقم الشنبر. this is to report that i won't accept to have a motor maintenance while my car is still under warranty and i ask for a new motor. till now, i am trying to solve the matter amicably and i don't want to raise any problems with NISSAN. but i am afraid that i might be forced to go to CPA to solve my problem.
finally, i would appreciate somebody to contact me at the soonest to solve the issue. thank you.

Dear all, I will highly appreciate if someone who is caring about Nissan reputation and really think that customer service and aftermarket service are an essential part of large company's success to take some of his time to read the following case which related to Nissan Middle east and specifically Egypt. I bought a brand new Nissan Qashqai model 2015 Chasis number {{REDACTED}} (Which is a luxury car in the Egyptian standard and its price on the higher side compared to other cars), However, I love my car and I put all my savings in order to buy it and I am taking care of it as one of my kids, doing all scheduled maintenance on timely manner in Nissan workshop.
Suddenly on May-2017 the car shows a warning lamp (Indicating check oil level), and when I checked the oil level physically i found that there is no oil at all !!!!! So I didn't drive the car and I added oil and scheduled an appointment with Nissan workshop in order to find out the problem and sort it out. Nissan appointed engineer checked the car and he mentioned that the car requires replacing the short block of the engine and he mentioned that he thinks that the low-level oil sensor didn't respond as it suppose to do ,hence shortage of the oil-damaged the short block of the engine , and he mentioned clearly that because my car is still under warranty (Only 50,000 KM) the material and labours cost will be handled by Nissan and it will take approximately 2 to 3 weeks to replace the defective parts !!!, but i have no choice ,hence i agreed to leave the car in the workshop I followed up with the maintenance team for numerous time and they were ignoring my calls on purpose as many as you can count for almost 4 Months!!!!! can you imagine that a multinational company like Nissan leave their customers struggling for more than 4 Months without taking any action!!!
I raised a complaint via telephone call and I raised an official complaint via letter and till date I didn't get any feedback from their side. PLEASE and KINDLY someone to take the leader ship and step in in order to sort out my case as it becomes frustrating and causing a lot of troubles for me physically, mentally and financially (due to absence of my car and waisting a lot of time,effort and money in renting cars and looking for Taxis.
Hope to hear from you soon and to return back my trust in Nissan. Worst Quality Control - Braking Discs
Hi,
I'm writing to your Facebook page because after almost 2.5 months of complaining re My Qashqai 2014 Braking Discs and nothing happened from both the authorized service center nor Nissan sole agent - auto dealer - in Egypt.
The car Kilometers were 25,400 KM and I never missed a maintenance period and I keep hearing a squeaking sound whenever I brake beside a slight vibration while braking too.
I complained to the service center that the braking discs should be replaced for free as a part of the warranty because I only used the car for 25000 Km but they mentioned that they will send the photos of the braking disc to Nissan Egypt and nothing happened till now although I keep contacting both Nissan Egypt and Modern motors service center.
My Mobile number is: +2 010 63****98 and they use the mobile number for reference of communications.
I'm truly disappointed re my Qashqai quality because i essentialy bought it because of the so called English quality beside the Japanese quality also of course.
I'm waiting for a proper action and for the braking discs to be replaced fro free as a part of the warranty.

2013 Nissan Qashqai Car Review
I had a Nissan QASHQAI 2013 , it's 70,000 Km mileage and the Gearbox is faulty, i had complained about it it's manufacturing issue with this Model , but Nothing happened, Poor Service in Egypt agencies, specially AutoEgypt and Modern Motors , really they are bad quality service , Very Bad car ,,

I have an issue with my exausht (nissan sentra 2018) for like 6 months the problem is they never have spare parts i don’t know how its going in this country but its obvious there something going wrong in nissan modern eygpt and someone should take an action about this if i knew that nissan in eygpt will be this way i would go for any other car but really its becoming obvious Hisham
